- Follow ups $125 (Established Patients)-30 minute appt.
- Accepting Aetna, Banner Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- 20% off for emergency service workers (nurse, EMT, police, firefighter, border patrol, etc).
- $50 off for the first appointment; for new patients if referred by existing patient
- A $50 deposit is required for patients not using insurance.
- In person and online- same cost.
